Sheryl Underwood was born and raised in Arkansas and raised in the state. She was a television host for the daytime talkshow The Talk. She started her TV professional career in 1992 when she appeared as a frequent participant in the HBO comedy show Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was host of the television show Oh Drama! Since 2011, she has been co-hosting the Talk show. She also has fictional roles in shows like Bulworth and Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
